My PhD Research

"Introducing Knowledge Management Technologies to Teachers Professional Development: An Action Research Study." (The proposed old title)

The new approved title, "Teachers adoption of KM technologies within a professional development context in Malaysia: An action research study." (approved on 30th June, 2009)

This study focuses on the problems of introducing Knowledge Management (KM) Technologies to groups of teachers with the objective to help them in their professional development. I have chosen the action research path for this study for a number of reasons, which I will address later in other section of this blog. The research locality (site) is in 5 schools in Perak, a state in Malaysia, but it can expand to other schools if needed.
